Job Description

Payroll Management

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with government regulations.
Coordinate with Finance and external partners for statutory reporting and remittances.

Total Rewards & Compensation

Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity reviews.
Manage performance-based reward systems and incentive schemes.

Employee Relations

Foster a positive work environment through proactive employee engagement initiatives.
Handle grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Office Management & Occupational Health

Supervise office administration, facilities, and vendor management.
Oversee health and safety programs, including coordination with OH providers.
Ensure workplace safety standards and emergency preparedness.

HR Operations & Compliance

Streamline HR processes and systems for efficiency and scalability.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Lead audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership & Development

Manage and mentor HR operations staff.
Promote continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in the F&B or service industry.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll systems, and HRIS.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
