Your Role And Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the banking industry and a strong background in digital transformation strategies. This role involves advising our clients on how to leverage digital technologies to improve their operations, enhance customer experience, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Lead the development of digital transformation strategies, aligning them with business objectives and industry trends in the banking sector.
• Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and proposing tailored digital solutions.
• Industry Research: Stay abreast of the latest developments in banking technology, fintech innovations, and digital transformation best practices.
• Project Management: Oversee the execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate complex digital ideas and strategies to non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with digital transformation initiatives and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior executives and influence decision-making.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of emerging technologies and their application in banking, such as blockchain, AI, machine learning, and cloud computing, microservices, etc.
• Education: A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital transformation or project management would be advantageous.
