Your Role And Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the banking industry and a strong background in digital transformation strategies. This role involves advising our clients on how to leverage digital technologies to improve their operations, enhance customer experience, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Lead the development of digital transformation strategies, aligning them with business objectives and industry trends in the banking sector.
Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and proposing tailored digital solutions.
Industry Research: Stay abreast of the latest developments in banking technology, fintech innovations, and digital transformation best practices.
Project Management: Oversee the execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate complex digital ideas and strategies to non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with digital transformation initiatives and propose mitigation strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience and proven track record within the banking industry.
Digital Transformation Expertise: Strong background in designing and implementing digital transformation strategies, preferably within a consulting or advisory role.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into actionable digital transformation plans.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior executives and influence decision-making.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Technical Acumen: Understanding of emerging technologies and their application in banking, such as blockchain, AI, machine learning, and cloud computing, microservices, etc.
Education: A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital transformation or project management would be advantageous.
