RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for analyzing data to identify training needs, trends, and gaps that impact operational performance. This role supports the design and delivery of targeted learning programs by providing actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and visualization. The analyst will collaborate with operations, HR, training, and other relevant teams to ensure learning interventions align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Gateway Tower 2

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 2 to 3 years total experience

SQL only (SSIS, SSRS, ETL, PowerBI good to have but not required)

With advanced Excel

No domain as confirmed by the Hiring Manager
