Your role

As a Customer Data Specialist, You Will

• Collect, organize, and analyze customer data from various sources.
• Enrich data using technology and manual data capture.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to understand data needs and provide relevant data support.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize data quality and efficiency.
• Generate reports and dashboards to visualize customer data and trends.
• Respond and analyze online customer reviews
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.

What You Need:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in data cleansing, data stewardship, or a related role.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and proficient with other Microsoft platforms.
