Your Role

As a Senior US Recruiter (Healthcare), you will:

  • Collaborate with co-workers, division heads, and CEO alike to ascertain and understand the requirements for open roles.
  • Create and develop talent acquisition plans and initiatives to drive forward incoming talent to the business.
  • Meet daily/weekly outreach goals for cold-calls, text, emails, etc..
  • Work with the recruitment team to identify changes and adjustments to the current process and provide fresh and innovative ideas on how to improve reach.
  • Input and maintain data onto the ATS system.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Must have 3-5 years proven experience and success with recruitment and sourcing. Experience working with US based companies is required.
  • Knowledge of healthcare professions and settings is required. (The client recruits Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Nurses, Psychologists, etc.)
  • Proven heavy sourcing experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networking sites.
  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Able to work without supervision and independently search databases such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. to source candidates.

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Experience using recruitment databases and/or ATS systems or other CRM softwares
  • Experience with Top Echelon is a plus.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of recruitment best practices, experience interviewing, and screening candidates.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
