A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter focused on Agent & Volume Hiring to support large-scale hiring needs across our contact center and operations teams.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing high requisition loads, driving funnel efficiency, and delivering consistent hiring outcomes while maintaining candidate experience.
You will work closely with Operations, Workforce Management, and HR to ensure staffing targets are met—on time and at scale.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end recruitment for agent and frontline roles across multiple accounts
Manage high-volume requisitions with tight SLAs and ramp timelines
Execute sourcing strategies across job boards, referrals, job fairs, and hiring events
Drive daily pipeline activity: screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
Partner with Operations and WFM to align hiring plans with headcount forecasts
Track and manage recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, show-up rate, offer acceptance, attrition signals)
Ensure a smooth, engaging candidate experience despite high hiring volumes
Continuously optimize hiring processes to improve speed, quality, and conversion rates
What You Bring
3–6+ years of experience in high-volume / agent recruitment (BPO, contact center, shared services preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without quality drop-off
Strong execution skills with a results-driven mindset
Comfortable working with targets, dashboards, and daily hiring metrics
Excellent coordination and stakeholder communication skills
Experience using ATS and recruitment systems to manage scale efficiently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
