Contractual - Video Editor US Marketing And Branding WFH

Salary: P70,000 - P80,000

Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PH Time (M-F)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop video formats and frameworks tailored to each client brand, designed for optimal performance across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
• Translate complex brand narratives into engaging, easy-to-digest content that resonates with audiences.
• Stay on top of platform-specific trends, viral moments, and content formats to create timely and relevant videos.
• Collaborate with creative and campaign teams to contribute to content strategy and ideation.
• Produce between 30-60 content pieces per client per month (typically managing 1-2 clients during initial ramp-up).
• Optimize videos for reach, retention, and conversions across platforms.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand voice, goals, and creative direction.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing and production for social media (portfolio required).
• Deep familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging video trends.
• Strong conceptual skills—able to ideate and pitch engaging video concepts tied to products, personalities, or partnerships.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting ideas and feedback to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Solid understanding of creator economy, influencer content, and branded entertainment.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Experience with Meta and Google Ads (including asset creation for ads and understanding placement requirements).
• Working knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Tag Manager to help interpret data and optimize content strategy.
