About The Role

The Senior Deal Manager – Corporate Banking is responsible for managing and growing relationships with large corporate clients, particularly top-tier corporations, to generate new business opportunities across lending, trade finance, and corporate finance solutions. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to structure and document credit facilities while identifying cross-selling opportunities that support the bank's overall growth objectives.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage relationships with key corporate clients to drive growth in loans, trade finance, and corporate finance business.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for various banking products and services across the organization.
• Coordinate with Credit Risk and other internal teams to facilitate the approval and documentation of credit facilities.
• Support cross-selling efforts by connecting corporate clients with Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Credit Card, and Consumer Finance solutions.
• Monitor client needs, maintain strong client engagement, and support business initiatives assigned by management.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Relationship Management, Corporate Finance, or Credit.
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills with experience managing corporate clients.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple business units and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.
