Job Description

The Lead Generation Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Conduct cold calls by making numerous outbound calls to potential clients
  • Research and identify potential leads through business directories, online searches, and digital resources
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions, information, and support
  • Accurately record and update customer information in the database
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective clients
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Coordinator and team
  • Build and manage sales pipelines, including coordination with channel partners

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Bachelors degree or Vocational course, preferably in Electronics, Management, Computer-related, or similar fields
  • At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or lead generation
  • Technical knowledge in auxiliary systems or electronics is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with potential clients
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Results-oriented, persistent, and proactive with a positive mindset
  • Patient and able to handle rejection professionally
  • Team player with an energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality
  • Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Preferably residing in Pasig, Mandaluyong, or nearby areas
  • Available to start immediately
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
