Develops and executes business plans and reviews with key accounts, ensuring alignment with customer goals and company objectives.
Maintains deep understanding of clients’ business strategies, structure, and operations to provide informed solutions and accurate sales forecasts.
Analyzes market trends, competitor activities, and shopper behavior to identify opportunities and translate data into actionable strategies.
Plans, implements, and evaluates promotional programs that support brand and business objectives while balancing cost and long-term brand impact.
Oversees merchandising execution, category and space management, inventory control, and new product launches in stores.
Ensures proper documentation, credit compliance, expense control, and reconciliation of records while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Leads and trains agency coordinators and merchandisers, ensuring effective communication and service delivery across all customer touchpoints.
Minimum Qualifications
Relevant work experience in Key Accounts Management
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and strong business acumen
Willing to do fieldwork and open to being assigned anywhere.
Has valid driver’s license
