Senior UI UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who doesnt just design screens — you design systems, experiences, and outcomes.

THE SCOPE (What You Will Actually Do)

1. Product & Platform Design (50%) You own the user experience. Dashboards. Workflows. Enterprise interfaces. You translate complex AI + human processes into intuitive, elegant design. You dont just wireframe — you prototype, test, and iterate until it works.

2. Brand & Marketing Design (30%) You shape how the world sees us. Website. Pitch decks. Sales collateral. Campaign assets. You ensure every pixel reinforces our position as the premium standard in financial transcription.

3. Design Systems & Operations (20%) You build the machine. Component libraries. Style guides. Templates that scale. You create systems so the team moves faster without sacrificing quality.

THE PROFILE

• 3–7 years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio that makes us stop scrolling
• Background in FinTech, B2B SaaS, AI/Tech startups, or top-tier agencies (TBWA, Ogilvy, AKQA-tier shops)
• Figma wizard. Adobe Suite fluent. Bonus if you prototype in Framer or Principle.
• Experience designing for enterprise users, complex workflows, or data-heavy interfaces
• Youve shipped real products — not just concepts
