Job Summary: The Growth and Synergy Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of strategies to increase acquisition, engagement, and retention across various channels to increase customer lifetime value. The Growth Manager will work closely with the Growth Head and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize growth opportunities and will be responsible for delivering measurable results.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall customer lifetime value.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance data to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Customer Experience, Data Science, ITSG, and Growth Leadership, to prioritize and implement growth initiatives.
• Manage marketing and growth campaigns end-to-end, including campaign setup, budget monitoring, performance tracking, and optimization through continuous testing.
• Monitor, analyze, and report key growth metrics and KPIs to stakeholders while exploring new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
