We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our International Airline account. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to airline customers through multiple communication channels, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other omnichannel platforms.
Provide accurate information on flight schedules, bookings, baggage, and airline policies.
Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Document and update customer interactions in the system.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
