YOUR ROLE

  • Assist customers through phone, email, and chat regarding product information, pricing, orders, delivery status, and other inquiries.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM to maintain proper records.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and suggest effective solutions when necessary.
  • Work closely with internal teams and branches to address customer requests.
  • Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely closure or escalate issues when required.

What Were Looking For

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to applyno prior experience is required.
  • At least Senior High School (Grade 12) completion.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Clear and effective communication skills in both English and Filipino, written and spoken.
