Job Description

Leads all repair shop activitiesassigning jobs, inspecting quality, coaching technicians, ensuring tool readiness, and maintaining service speed and accuracy. Collaborates across departments to deliver a seamless customer service experience and drive team performance.

Education

  • Graduate of ECE, ME, EE, or Technical Vocational Course (TESDA-certified)
  • Appliance repair certifications from OEM or trade institutions
  • Leadership or safety training is a plus

Core Competencies

  • Technical diagnostics and repair quality control
  • Team supervision, scheduling, and coaching
  • Cost and tool management
  • Safety and compliance awareness
  • Customer-focused communication
  • Organizational and documentation skills

Technical Competency

  • Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills (small and major appliances)
  • Understanding of common appliance systems (electrical, refrigeration, gas, etc.)
  • Familiarity with job ticket/work order systems
  • QA checklist adherence and inspection ability

Ideal Profile

  • 35 years of experience in appliance repair
  • At least 12 years of leadership or team lead experience
  • Track record of improving repair turnaround time and quality
  • Hands-on, accountable, and results-driven
