About The Role

The Campaign Designer is responsible for executing marketing operations strategies and managing the technical aspects of marketing automation and CRM platforms. This role ensures marketing technologies are optimized, integrated, and leveraged effectively to deliver data-driven campaigns, improve customer engagement, and enhance overall marketing performance.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation and CRM processes to support scalable marketing operations.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance through reporting, dashboards, A/B testing, and data tracking.
• Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies and automation solutions to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure seamless integration and deployment of marketing technologies to maximize campaign performance and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative customer solutions using platforms such as Salesforce and other marketing technologies.
  
  

• Experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, CRM management, or campaign execution .
• Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms, including CRM and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proficiency in campaign analytics, reporting, dashboard creation, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and technology-driven mindset with a passion for process improvement, automation, and customer engagement.
