Position: Associate Portfolio Manager-Portfolio Management

Office Location: UB Plaza- 23F, Pasig, Metro Manila

Job Summary

The Associate Portfolio Manager provides operational and analytical support in implementing the Bank’s portfolio management activities. The role assists in maintaining portfolio records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and updated portfolio records and related information.
• Assist in reviewing investment opportunities and supporting portfolio management activities.
• Prepare and validate portfolio-related computations, reports, and reconciliations.
• Support the complete, accurate, and timely booking and documentation of transactions.
• Monitor portfolio information and escalate discrepancies or issues to the appropriate officer.
• Coordinate with relevant units to address operational and portfolio-related concerns.
• Comply with applicable internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform duties with integrity and professionalism and adhere to the Bank’s Code of Conduct.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
