Job Description

Ever seen your work on a stadium crowd? Heres your chance.

If you already know your way around a screen printing shop and want your art on products worn by thousands of fans, this is a role built for you.

About the Opportunity

Our client is a Florida-based apparel manufacturer that prints and embroiders custom apparel for professional sports teams and well-known corporate brands. Art, screen printing, embroidery, and fulfilment all sit under one roof, and the business is growing fast. They are now building a Philippines-based team that works as a true extension of their US colleagues, and this is a long-term opportunity.

You would join the art department as a trusted team member, taking orders as they come in and carrying them from the first request to the finished job on the server, with US colleagues a message away.

What Youll Do

  • Take incoming orders and work them from start to finish on your own, from a quick proof to a full job

  • Set up spot color separations to the shops specs, including underbases, strokes, halftones, and the right LPI

  • Convert artwork to Pantone and choose the right Pantone colors when the client has not specified them

  • Build clear proofs with the real garment image and order details, send them to the client, and handle revisions

  • Make the print steps and send them to the server and RIPs

  • Process batches of ready-to-print art for large contract clients quickly and accurately

  • Connect remotely to the shops systems and manage files on the server

  • Work alongside the screen printing coordinator, production manager, and fellow artists

A hands-on role with real ownership.

Expect around 10 to 15 orders a day once you are up to speed, with a gentler start while you learn the systems. Simple spot color work comes first, and there is room to grow into more complex jobs, including simulated process, as you build skills.

What You Bring

  • A screen printing background: you understand how a screen print shop works, and you have worked in one or alongside one

  • Working knowledge of standard spot color separation: underbases, building and stroking objects, halftones, and LPI

  • Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills

  • A good eye for Pantone colors and comfort choosing them from a logo

  • Comfort with the technical side of remote work: connecting to a remote machine, browsing a file server, and sending files to a RIP

  • The ability to keep a steady pace, with accuracy, across many orders in a day

  • Clear written and spoken English for working with US colleagues and clients

  • A quick-learning, own-it attitude

  • Nice to have: experience with simulated process or more complex separations

Why Youll Love This Role

  • See your craft on products worn by fans and used by well-known brands

  • Work with US-standard separation and production workflows

  • Learn and grow: simulated process and complex jobs can follow as you build your skills

  • A US team that values its people, and a long-term role

  • Sit in the same building as other teams supporting US companies

  • Competitive pay and HMO health coverage

Hours & Work Setup

The role follows US Eastern hours: an 8-hour day starting around 8:00 AM Eastern.
