The Lease Officer is responsible for tenant prospecting, lease negotiations, contracts management, tenant retention, lease turnover, and renewals.They also help in building and strengthening relationships with mall partners/tenants.

Qualifications

Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or any equivalent course.
Must have at least 2-3 years work experience in related field, preferably in commercial/mall leasing.
Must have have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Work Details

Locations: Head Office, Ortigas, Pasig (on-site)
Schedule: 5-day work week schedule (compressed); Sat-Sun rest day.
