Position description: Responsible for delivering services to customers as part of the finance management team. Their function is to act as liaison and guarantee good communication between branch operations, leasing, and tenants, as well as finance HO. They are the primary point of contact and secondary support when there are additional questions that need explaining post-Manage Engine to ensure that all concerns are addressed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• • Manage tenant account reconciliations and financial inquiries to ensure accuracy and resolve issues promptly.
• • Coordinate with Finance HO and Branch Operations to facilitate smooth financial communication and processes.
• • Conduct audits and inspections of tenant operations, exhibits, and billed utilities to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• • Oversee financial accountability processes including petty cash, treasury forms, and inventory counts.
• • Pursue continuous learning and development through training participation and contribution as a subject matter expert.
