Position Title: Junior E- Commerce Assistant
Work Set Up: Onsite
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 PHP a month
Schedule: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PH Time

Quick Rundown:
The E-Commerce Assistant supports daily online store operations, ensuring product listings, orders, and customer inquiries are handled accurately and efficiently. This role works closely with internal teams to maintain a smooth e-commerce experience that drives sales and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily e-commerce activities across multiple platforms (product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog updates).
- Coordinate with marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
- Monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, SEO, product availability) and report insights to stakeholders.
- Update and maintain product information, images, and descriptions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Troubleshoot website issues, coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve problems quickly.
- Assist in the development and execution of online campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activities.
- Support IT and operations with process improvements and system adaptations.
- Maintain data integrity in spreadsheets and internal tools; generate regular reports as required.
- Ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy; comfortable navigating multiple websites and software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills; able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, with a “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn; comfortable with change and new systems.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Adaptability and a good memory; capable of multitasking across various platforms and processes.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales operations.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with order management, inventory systems, and CRM tools.
