Job Summary

As the Finance Project Accountant in our Center of Excellence (CoE) office, you will lead critical finance initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, automating systems, and driving data-informed decision-making. Reporting to the Finance Transformation Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Heads of Finance and cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions, improve financial operations, and deliver impactful insights through effective BI and data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Process Design and Improvement (30%)
  • Analyze existing financial processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement optimized workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance function.
  • Financial Systems Automation and Integration (20%)
  • Work with IT and finance teams to automate manual processes and integrate financial systems.
  • Serve as a liaison between finance and technology teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Lead the deployment of tools and technologies to enhance system capabilities.
  • BI and Data Management (30%)
  • Oversee data governance and quality initiatives within Finance domain to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Design and deliver dashboards and analytics tools to empower decision-making.
  • Champion data-driven insights to address strategic and operational finance challenges.
  • Ad Hoc Support and Assistance (20%)
  • Provide support for cross-functional projects and urgent finance-related needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Finance Transformation Manager and Heads of Finance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-impact deliverables in dynamic environments.

Process & Project Management: Strong analytical skills for process design, project management expertise, and the ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to deliver data-driven insights, adapt to evolving needs, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
