Job Description

We looking for an experienced Senior NonQM Underwriter to Underwrite and lead a growing Underwriting pod. This is a great opportunity to join a company with over 25 years of lending experience, licensed in 35 states, and built on strong relationships, fast approvals, and personalized service.

If youre a proactive leader with a deep understanding of Non-QM guidelines and hands-on leadership experience, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do

• Lead a team of Non-QM underwriters.
• Ensure loan files meet product and compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with operations and sales for smooth pipeline flow
• Provide guidance on complex scenarios and handle escalations
  
  

What Youll Bring

• At least 4 years of Non-QM underwriting experience
• At least 2 years of experience with Encompass
  
  

Experience

• Encompass: 2 years (Required)
• Non-QM underwriting: 4 years (Required)
  
  

Work Location

• Home-based
• Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
• Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
