You design where, when, how, and how well a brand shows up across platforms. As an Integrated Experiences Specialist, you translate human insight into platform behavior, build the ecosystem where creative ideas live, and define how success is measured beyond impressions. You sit at the intersection of Strategy, Creative, and Technology to ensure work feels native, relevant, and provably effective.

What you’ll do

• Map end-to-end customer journeys and define the role of each platform at every stage.
• Decode platform behaviors and advise teams on native formats, features, and interaction patterns.
• Nuance messaging by audience behavior, not just demographics.
• Validate ideas using search intent and trend signals.
• Define success metrics upfront and lead post-campaign analysis focused on attention, resonance, and impact.
• Partner with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Systems teams to align insight, execution, and measurement.
  
  

• Creative work aligns with platform-native behavior and avoids creative fatigue.
• Measurement moves beyond vanity metrics to attention, resonance, and business impact.
• Learnings influence future briefs and executions, not just reports.
  
  

• Experience in strategy, experience planning, digital strategy, insights, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of multi-platform digital ecosystems.
• Ability to translate data and behavior into clear direction for creative teams.
• Curiosity, clarity, and confidence working across disciplines.
