We are a profitable, fast-growing global entrepreneurial enterprise headquartered in North America with active operations across Europe and Asia, and we’re gearing up for a Series B raise. Our proprietary platform powers products and solutions trusted by major enterprise customers—and we’re now accelerating into the SME and retail markets, opening up massive new growth opportunities.


Base salary + unlimited uncapped commission (100% of base salary + target)


The Role

You will own new business development for our commercial solutions across enterprise and small-to-medium businesses. This role is built for sales professionals who are comfortable opening doors, leading consultative conversations, and closing complex deals in a fast-moving environment. You’ll be trusted to operate with autonomy, manage your pipeline end-to-end, and represent us with senior decision-makers.


What You’ll Do

  • Generate and close new B2B business through outbound prospecting and relationship-building
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across enterprise and SMB accounts
  • Lead conversations with Director-, VP-, and C-suite stakeholders
  • Position the company as a commercial, value-driving solution (as a solutions provider for the EPR law in the Philippines in particular)
  • Travel as needed for in-person meetings, events, and deal acceleration
  • Partner cross-functionally to structure solutions that meet customer needs
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and deal discipline

What You Bring

  • Proven success in B2B sales across enterprise and/or SMB customers
  • Experience running consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong outbound skills (email, phone, LinkedIn, in-person)
  • Ability to articulate value clearly and adapt messaging by customer segment
  • Willingness to travel and work across time zones
  • Ability to work in your lived-in country without current or future visa sponsorship
  • Fluency in English at a professional level
