ELV And ICT DESIGN LEAD

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
• Master’s degree (preferred for senior roles)
  
  

• 15–25+ years in ELV systems engineering
• Minimum 5–8 years in leadership/managerial role
• Experience in large-scale projects (commercial, airports, hospitals, smart cities, etc.)
  
  

• Strong knowledge of ELV system design and integration
• Project management expertise (PMP certification is a plus)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and ELV design tools
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  
  

• Client satisfaction score (CSAT or NPS)
• Number of client complaints/escalations
• Repeat business or contract renewals
• Timely closure of client issues (% within SLA)
  
  

• Employee utilization rate
• Revenue or project value per engineer
• Employee turnover/attrition rate (target: ≤ industry benchmark)
• Training hours per employee per year
• Internal promotion rate / succession readiness
