About The Role

As an Engineer Test & Validation, you will lead critical technical projects that ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and compliance with global standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results. This role requires travel within Mexico up to 70% of the time and offers a fixed-term contract of 1 year, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Engineer Test & Validation, you’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing engineering testing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
• Planning and directing testing and maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinating the use of testing facilities and resources.
• Reviewing test results and validating that operations meet required specifications and regulations.
• Providing consultative support to multiple teams to assess the impact of testing results on systems.

As a Minimum You Must Have

• Proficiency with object-oriented programming.
• Understanding of basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritization, coaching, and process execution.
• Specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.
• University degree.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to coordinate technical teams and projects.
  
  

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Previous experience in engineering testing environments.
• Familiarity with applicable quality and safety standards.
• Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with In-circuit test systems (specifically GenRad or Teradyne systems).
