About The Role

The Store Promoter / Staff member is the front-line ambassador for our brand, responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to every customer. This dual-focused role combines active product promotion with essential retail operations. You will engage shoppers, demonstrate key product features, drive sales, and maintain store standards to ensure a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked retail environment.

Key responsibilities

Greet incoming shoppers warmly, initiate conversations, actively demonstrate products, and answer questions to drive sales and meet daily targets

Highlight current promotions, special offers, and key product benefits to guide customers in their purchasing decisions

Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions (cash, cards, digital payments), and issue receipts smoothly

Assist with receiving inventory, unpacking stock, updating price tags, and maintaining visual merchandising standards on displays and shelves

Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and display areas remain clean, organized, and properly formatted throughout the shift

Monitor stock levels to prevent shrinkage/loss and assist with regular physical inventory counts
