About the Company

Our client is a cultural lifestyle brand that blends heritage with contemporary experiences, creating immersive events and storytelling that inspire connection and personal reflection. They design experiences that engage all senses, from music and art to cuisine and community gatherings.

They are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join their team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will create and manage engaging content across social media platforms, helping the brand share its unique cultural experiences and stories. This role requires creativity, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate closely with the team to bring campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts that reflect the brand’s identity.
• Schedule and publish content consistently, ensuring alignment with campaigns and events.
• Monitor trends, audience engagement, and analytics to optimize content strategy.
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages.
• Collaborate with the creative team to showcase immersive experiences.
• Assist in reporting performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
  
  

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
  
  

Preferred / Nice To Have Skills

• Background in Digital Marketing, Immersive Theater, Event Production, or Cultural Heritage studies.
• Experience managing a personal "lifestyle" or "aesthetic" social media account or portfolio.
• Knowledge of Filipino heritage and contemporary arts.

• Engagement: Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Time Zone: Philippine Standard Time (PST)
• Preferred Location: Philippines
