Salary: P50,000-P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: 11:00PM to 8:00AM Manila Time

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical support or helpdesk, preferably supporting hardware or SaaS products.
  • Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware devices (LED displays) and mobile applications.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Service Hub or other CRM/ticketing systems for logging and managing support interactions.
  • Proven ability to provide live client support via phone and chat, explaining technical steps clearly to non-technical users.
  • Solid understanding of Wi-Fi connectivity, mobile app setup, and basic troubleshooting of connectivity issues.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) for interacting with US and Canadian clients.
  • Strong customer focus and empathy, capable of handling sensitive client situations like technical failures or shipping issues.
  • Optional / Nice-to-Have: experience with IoT devices, SaaS product support, or remote scheduling

What will you do?

  • Live Client Support - Provide prompt and professional assistance via phone and chat to troubleshoot issues related to the Signamic LED display.
  • Technical Troubleshooting - Guide clients through the Signamic Mobile App setup process and diagnose/resolving connectivity or device issues.
  • General Customer Support - Handle non-technical inquiries, such as shipping, billing, or order status questions.
  • Process Management - Accurately log, prioritize, and manage all support interactions and customer information within HubSpot Service Hub.
