Press Production Officer

The Role

The Press Production Officer is a critical role responsible for ensuring the arrival and processing of all press content, including digital and hard copy formats, according to agreed delivery schedules. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the Isentia Press product, systems, and processes to maintain the high standards of our media intelligence offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Content Management: Ensure all hard copy and PDF publications arrive on time and are complete; manage publication tracking and notify stakeholders of any receipt issues.

Operational Support: Act as the primary point of contact for internal queries (Client Success, Account Management, etc.), providing polite and clear responses within 15 minutes.

Sky News Online Summaries: High-quality summarization of online content delivered at nominated times throughout the day.

Quality Assurance: Audit 3rd party clipping providers against our Press Clipping Guidelines and utilize the MMReader application to tag content as needed.

Job Requirements

Technical Proficiency: Sound computer literacy with specific experience in editing software, word processing, and data entry.

Communication Mastery: Excellent command of English with exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Proven Experience: A track record of delivering to strict deadlines with minimal supervision and the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.

Judgement & Ethics: Capable of exercising sound judgment when escalating system issues and maintaining a responsible approach to quality and constructive feedback.
