Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the real estate industry by bridging the gap between buyers and sellers. Your expertise will guide clients through the complexities of the real estate market, providing them with insights and recommendations that facilitate informed decision-making. Your primary aim is to assist clients in finding their ideal property while ensuring a smooth and seamless transaction process. With a deep understanding of property trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences, you will be the go-to expert for clients seeking to navigate the property landscape. Your success is measured by your ability to build strong client relationships, close deals effectively, and achieve both personal and organizational sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and meet potential clients to understand their property requirements fully.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing strategies, and property valuations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and present real estate proposals to prospective clients based on their needs.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with buyers, sellers, and other real estate stakeholders.
  • Conduct property tours and open house events to showcase available listings.
  • Assist clients with all the documentation required in property sales and purchases.
  • Stay updated with current real estate developments through market research and networking.
  • Work closely with real estate attorneys, agents, and brokers to streamline transactions.
  • Manage and update client databases regularly to track and follow up on leads.
  • Actively participate in property expositions, seminars, and community events for lead generation.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and current trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases, CRM systems, and property technology tools.
  • Valid real estate license or certification as required by local regulations.
