Job Description:

1. Based on the visual style of the product and project requirements, design and produce game UI motion graphics and special effects related resources (including but not limited to particle effects, UI animation, character actions, etc.) to improve game performance, enhance game fun and immersion

2. Participate in project planning and provide creative motion graphics design solutions

3. Work closely with the art team to ensure that the motion graphics style is consistent with the overall visual, and follow up on the final implementation of the motion graphics design in the game to ensure the consistency of the design effect.

4. Work closely with the development team to optimize game performance and ensure that motion graphics run smoothly on different devices

5. Participate in workflow optimization and resource management optimization, assist in establishing and improving motion graphics specifications, and continuously optimize motion graphics performance to enhance User Experience.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in game UI motion graphics, with experience in game projects preferred.

2. Strong sense of rhythm, well-handled details, familiar with the laws of motion, good aesthetic sense in Motion Design language and consistency, color, composition;

3. Have a good understanding of the implementation effect and performance of motion graphics, and balance the relationship between the two to ensure the design quality;

4. Familiar with the use of Spine, AE, keel, PS and other related software, with practical project experience, able to flexibly use these tools for animation design

5. Strong learning ability, teamwork and communication skills, sense of responsibility, love for games, rich innovation ability and design experience, and unique insights into User Experience
