General Responsibilities

• Gain expert understanding of PDAX’s operations, systems, and organization to evaluate process quality, identify prevailing operational issues, and propose process improvements.
• Lead a team of associates in monitoring and analyzing PDAX’s operations on a periodic basis through qualitative assessments, statistical analysis, and validation procedures on processes and controls of concerned departments.
• Provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations to senior management through periodic quality management dashboards and reports.
• Lead development and review of PDAX’s operational manuals to standardize quality of documentation and apply process improvements.
• Lead special projects and assignments related to quality management as assigned by senior management.
• Develop and enforce guidelines for the responsible, secure, and value-driven use of AI tools across the team.
• Encourage and guide teams in adopting AI tools to streamline operations and enhance performance.
• Evaluate new AI technologies to boost productivity or innovation.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of work experience in quality management, operations management, process improvement, or risk management
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong background in project management and data analytics
• Proven track record of leading and executing process improvement projects
• Proven track record of leading teams and collaborating effectively with different departments
• Knowledge and familiarity with cryptocurrencies and blockchain is an advantage
