General Responsibilities
Gain expert understanding of PDAX’s operations, systems, and organization to evaluate process quality, identify prevailing operational issues, and propose process improvements.
Lead a team of associates in monitoring and analyzing PDAX’s operations on a periodic basis through qualitative assessments, statistical analysis, and validation procedures on processes and controls of concerned departments.
Provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations to senior management through periodic quality management dashboards and reports.
Lead development and review of PDAX’s operational manuals to standardize quality of documentation and apply process improvements.
Lead special projects and assignments related to quality management as assigned by senior management.
Develop and enforce guidelines for the responsible, secure, and value-driven use of AI tools across the team.
Encourage and guide teams in adopting AI tools to streamline operations and enhance performance.
Evaluate new AI technologies to boost productivity or innovation.
Qualifications
5-7 years of work experience in quality management, operations management, process improvement, or risk management
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong background in project management and data analytics
Proven track record of leading and executing process improvement projects
Proven track record of leading teams and collaborating effectively with different departments
Knowledge and familiarity with cryptocurrencies and blockchain is an advantage
