About Our Client

Our client is an internationally recognized healthcare provider committed to delivering compassionate care and innovative solutions across a broad network of facilities. With a strong focus on operational excellence and community impact, they are continuously evolving to meet the needs of patients and stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Assist in carrying out stabilization and hypercare tasks across the discern, design, build, transition, and stabilization phases, with emphasis on post-go‑live support.
  • Manage structured triage of issues, defects, and incidents; prioritize items based on severity, SLA impact, and business risk; and oversee resolution through defined workflows and escalation routes.
  • Track early‑life service performance by monitoring SLAs, KPIs, volumes, error rates, and quality indicators, and identify trends or gaps that may hinder stabilization.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in the U.S. and the Philippines-including Operations, Transition, Knowledge Transfer, Process, and Technology teams-to remove stabilization barriers and address readiness concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date SOPs, stabilization documentation, issue logs, and handoff materials in alignment with documentation and knowledge‑management standards.
  • Participate in governance meetings, operational reviews, and stakeholder briefings; develop stabilization reports, dashboards, and executive‑ready updates.
  • Review operational data to identify stabilization risks and support mitigation actions, escalation efforts, and decision‑making using established RAID methodologies.
  • Confirm that stabilization exit criteria and SLA recovery are achieved, and support the formal transition into steady‑state Business‑as‑Usual operations with clear ownership and documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, root‑cause insights, and recommendations to enhance hypercare frameworks and future transitions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Preferred certifications: ITIL, Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, or similar
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
  • Masters degree (preferred)
  • 2 to 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in shared services, process operations, analytics, transformation, or program/project management
  • Exposure to post‑go‑live support, service delivery, or operational stabilization
  • Experience or training in platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, or analytics tools (preferred)

  • Opportunity to lead strategic initiatives with high visibility and impact.
  • Be part of a large organization with collaborative environment that values innovation, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
