Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a HR Digital - Data Operations Intern, from May to August 2026, located in Manila, Philippines.

The Intern , HR Data Operations role is responsible for learning general su bject matter expertise , and workforce data analysis and maintenance on Workday HR data and integrations , as part of Global Services support , and applying learnings into actual work practice . They will help provide fresh perspectives into existing global HR data practices in Workday, and understand and practice basic business protocols and ways of working.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Learn about Workday as an HR system, its purpose, and application for J&J, and be able to navigate and perform basic functions on system transactions and business processes .
  • Learn about Global Services as a major organization pillar, its purpose, and interactions with other entities.
  • Learn about volume time-sensitive EIB mass upload processes of HRDO, including: checking requests for compliance with mass upload polic ies , validating mass upload templates, processing mass uploads in Workday, analyzing and resolving EIB test upload errors, reviewing quality control findings , and providing results back to requesters , with eventual application into actual work cases.
  • Learn about business structure maintenance of positions and supervisory org units and m aintain cost center hierarchy structure , with eventual application into actual work cases.
  • Learn about v alidat ing and h andl ing requests for data analysis , corrections, and r escind s , with eventual application into actual work cases.
  • Learn about the Workday Sandbox test environment , specific behaviors, and get comfortable with usage in preparation for Production applications .
  • Learn about common and basic HRDO Integrations monitoring and error support between Workday and systems such as JJEDS, Aon, and Workday Recruit downstream systems.
  • Learn about and apply standard corporate business practices, protocols, and communications, with general HRDO stakeholders.
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities as would be assigned, e.g. leading and participation in people engagement initiatives.
  • U nderstanding and continuous learning of J&J and Global Services operations and standards .
  • Identify areas for improvement on team processes and support continuous improvement projects

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field
  • Professional proficiency on both v erbal and written English fit to interact with , understand, and be understood by stakeholders from different parts of the globe
  • P roficiency in basic Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word
  • Exercise confidentiality in matters of HR data sensitivit y
  • Exercise professionalism and understanding of standard business conduct and practices in both in-person and online engagements
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with advanced administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Learning agility, adaptability to change with a growth mindset
  • Demonstrate ability to handle ambiguity and fluid situations, with a sense of when to resort to pragmatic approaches or defer to superiors decisions as necessary
  • Sense of urgency to meet deadlines and cutoffs, taking into consideration business need and impact against personal schedule and/or working style
