General Virtual Assistant (Bilingual -English -Cantonese/French/German)

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Support -Purchase materials from vendors (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc.)
• Internal Coordination -Work closely with project managers to track tasks and requirements
• Vendor/Contractor Liaison
• Connect with vendors/subcontractors to follow up on project status
• Organize, prioritize, and draft professional responses when needed
• General Administrative Support
• Assist with other assigned tasks to keep operations efficient
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Chinese/German/French–English) – strong professional fluency required
• 3+ yrs experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Background in construction project support or international vendor management is highly preferred
• Experience in Microsoft Business Central and/or Dynamics 365
  
  
  

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
