Your Role:

The role involves editing cinematic and high-impact video content for brand campaigns, social media, and digital ads. The editor will handle post-production from ingest to export, including sound design, colour grading, pacing, and storytelling. They will also create motion graphics, titles, and visual effects in After Effects. Projects will range from campaign videos and reels to branded films. The editor will work collaboratively with the creative team, follow detailed creative briefs, and handle revisions based on internal and client feedback. The ideal candidate can match the editing and motion style of agencies like PHNX Media and XMedia, producing storytelling-driven, cinematic, and emotionally powerful work.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 2-6 years+ editing experience (agency, freelance, or personal brand work)
• Experience working with both short-form and long-form content, with exposure to fast-paced creative environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong understanding of color grading and LUT application
• Motion design and text animation skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing cinematic or branded content work
• Sound design and music synchronization skills
• Ability to cut to emotion and rhythm, not just beats
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and composition
• Confident following creative direction and implementing feedback
