The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in public relations, communications, or marketing who is eager to build a career in account management.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the account management team in retaining and growing client revenue. You will be a key point of contact for clients, helping to deliver an exceptional client experience by anticipating their needs, providing training and support, and ensuring they maximize the value of their Isentia services.

What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, particularly in the Platinum and Gold segments.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for client queries, identifying and resolving servicing issues swiftly and accurately.
  • Ensure high service levels are maintained through regular audits and by gathering client feedback.
  • Client Growth & Value:
  • Support the client retention and growth plan for your portfolio.
  • Deliver training and support to ensure Isentias clients are maximizing the value of their services.
  • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and reports for clients.
  • Sales Process Support:
  • Support the end-to-end sales process for your client portfolio.
  • Manage your own sales opportunities and pipeline in Salesforce, aligned with monthly targets and campaigns.
  • Use Salesforce to diligently record all sales activity, client information, and competitor insights.
  • Collaboration:
  • Leverage networks with internal operational teams to enhance the client relationship, communicating client stories and insights effectively.
  • Demonstrate good influencing skills and contribute to office initiatives, championing Isentias values.

What Were Looking For (Requirements)

  • Education: Tertiary qualifications (e.g., Bachelors degree) in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role from a Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Marketing, or Advertising background is highly valued.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication (both written and oral), presentation, and proposal skills.
    • Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Databases) and the ability to adapt quickly to new technology.
    • High-level research and analytical skills.
    • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Qualities:
    • A "can-do" positive and enthusiastic attitude.
    • A strong customer-service focus and commitment to personal development.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work to deadlines under pressure.
    • Collaborative, willing to share knowledge, and exceptionally professional.
