Royal York Property Management is a full-service residential property management company serving property owners across Canada. We help owners protect their investments and simplify the day-to-day through a structured, process-driven management approach.

We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead our remote Sales team.

The team handles inbound property owner inquiries from first contact through onboarding. They qualify opportunities, run demos, explain services, overcome objections, close new clients, collect required documentation, coordinate onboarding, and manage active files until they are transferred to the Property Management team.

This is not a cold-calling sales floor. The team primarily works with warm inbound leads. Success comes from speed, follow-up discipline, strong demos, objection handling, closing ability, CRM discipline, and effective file management.

Must-have requirement

Proven experience managing a fully remote sales team. You’ve led reps across time zones, held accountability virtually, reviewed CRM activity, coached from call recordings, and driven performance through cadence, coaching, and scorecards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach a team of remote Sales Representatives to hit weekly and monthly targets
• Drive daily execution: speed-to-lead, demos, follow-up discipline, client sign-ups, onboarding progress, CRM activity, and pipeline movement
• Review call recordings, transcripts, CRM notes, tasks, follow-ups, and performance reports
• Run 1:1s, call coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance scorecards
• Hold team members accountable for missed follow-ups, weak demos, low conversion, poor CRM discipline, and stalled files
• Coach the team on discovery, demos, objection handling, urgency, closing, onboarding, and client communication
• Monitor active files to ensure clients move efficiently from initial inquiry through onboarding and handoff to Property Management
• Handle underperformance properly: early warning metrics → coaching plan → PIP → decision
• Report team performance clearly to leadership
• Support hiring by helping evaluate candidates and identify top performers
• Improve team output using AI tools, reporting, call summaries, QA, and coaching insights
  
  

• 8+ years total sales experience
• 4+ years sales management experience with real examples of improving team performance
• 2+ years managing a fully remote sales team
• Experience managing 8–15+ direct reports or similar scope
• Strong CRM, dashboard, and reporting discipline
• Confident, direct leader who holds standards without creating chaos
• Strong coaching ability based on real calls, real files, real data, and real results
• Strong understanding of inbound sales, demos, consultative selling, onboarding, follow-up management, and pipeline management
• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day sales management
