Youll play a critical role connecting systems and teams--from Finance and HR to Ecommerce, Supply Chain, and Logistics--ensuring data consistency, process automation, and operational efficiency. Youll not only build and maintain integrations but also analyse business processes, recommend improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that keep the business running smoothly.

About The Role

Were seeking a Senior Integration Developer to streamline data flows and automate workflows across key platforms. If you enjoy tackling complex integration challenges and delivering reliable, scalable solutions, youll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development & Maintenance

• Develop, enhance, and maintain integrations using integration platforms such as Celigo (integrator.io).Build custom integrations using JavaScript, Python, batch scripting, and other modern tools.
• Support advanced NetSuite integrations, including API connections, RESTlets, SuiteScripts, and third-party connectors.
• Monitor and optimise integration performance, ensuring reliability, speed, and accuracy across business systems.
• Perform break/fix activities, troubleshoot errors, and implement root-cause fixes.
  
  

API, Data & System Connectivity

• Build and maintain integrations by leveraging REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and other structured data formats.
• Support integrations between NetSuite and key platforms:
• Ecommerce systems
• 3PL logistics providers
• Banking and payment gateways
• Data warehouse (Snowflake)
• HRIS and payroll systems (ADP, UKG)
• Ensure data consistency, cleansing, and transformation across systems.
  

NetSuite Integration Support

• Manage and troubleshoot system-to-system integrations involving NetSuite, including:
• Order-to-cash
• Inventory and logistics
• Procurement and vendor management
• Financial workflows
• Collaborate with NetSuite administrators and technical teams on end-to-end integration of performance and scalability.
  

Support & Operations

• Provide Level 2-3 escalation support for integration-related incidents.
• Conduct proactive health checks on integration pipelines and automation workflows.
• Perform monitoring, tuning, and maintenance on integration platforms.
• Assist in impact assessments during system changes, upgrades, and enhancements.
  
  

Documentation & Collaboration

• Document integration mappings, workflow logic, troubleshooting guides, and system architecture in Confluence.
• Track and manage incidents, tasks, and project work using Jira.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data, Engineering, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Ecommerce, and Operations.
  
  

Business Process & System Improvement

• Analyse existing processes and propose integration-driven improvements that reduce manual work and increase operational accuracy.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Contribute to end-to-end solution design across enterprise systems.
  
  

Essential Requirements

Technical Skills

• 5+ years experience in integration development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, Python, and scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with Celigo integrator.io (highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, data transformation, JSON, XML.
• Experience with system integration, troubleshooting, and data mapping.
• Understanding database concepts and data modeling.
  
  

Platform Tools

• Jira & Confluence
• Integration monitoring and debugging tools
• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (Celigo, Boomi, Mulesoft, etc.)
  
  

Professional Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative remote teams.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite integrations (SuiteTalk, RESTlets, SuiteScript).
• Experience with HR/Payroll system integrations (ADP, UKG).
• Familiarity with ecommerce, retail, wellness, or hospitality business models.
• Exposure data warehousing concepts (Snowflake preferred).
• Basic knowledge of AWS or similar cloud platforms.
