π What are our wishes?
At least 5 yearsβ experience with various integration tools and platforms.
Strong understanding of data formats (e.g., XML, XSLT, JSON, WSDL, and XSD).
Experience with SOAP/REST APIs and web services.
Proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience working with Oracle Database or other RDBMS systems.
Experience with Middleware and Integration tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (developers, functional consultants, business analysts).
Experience or familiarity with Oracle HRMS or any other HR applications an advantage
Experience or familiarity with SaaS applications (Cornerstone OnDemand, ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion HCM) an advantage
Experience with Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB) (for legacy systems) an advantage.
Experience or familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) an advantage.
Reporting and Coordination
The Senior Integration Developer reports to the HCM Solutions Team International Staff (TI) and Local Staff (TL) assigned to the projects.
How can you contribute to the team?
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using industry-standard technologies and tools.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integration projects.
Collaborate with software developers, IT staff, and business stakeholders to ensure successful integration projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.
Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and solutions.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the teams overall knowledge base.
Work Arrangement
Manila-based resource
Reporting to client HQ (Onsite work) in Ortigas at least 3x a week
If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ for more than 3 times, compliance is mandatory.
