What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a hands-on Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This isn’t your typical EA role — the right person is resourceful, gritty, and adaptable. You’ll wear many hats — calendar guardian, project driver, problem solver, and trusted partner to the CEO. If you like being at the center of the action, finding smart solutions, and getting things done no matter what, this role is for you.

In This Role, You Will

• Serve as the right hand to the CEO: manage calendar, priorities, and communications so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues before they become problems, and ensure the CEO is always one step ahead.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects (ops, legal, finance, product), build timelines, assign owners, track follow-ups, and push things forward.
• Handle travel, logistics, and other critical details with precision and care.
• Own special initiatives: event coordination, internal branding, or presentation materials when needed.
• Connect the dots between teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Keep the leadership updated: progress reports, next steps, and highlight any blockers.
  
  

• You have 3-5+ years in an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar supporting role, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills — you thrive when juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A clear and proactive communicator who stays calm under pressure.
• You bring strong judgment, resourcefulness, and a bias for action.
  
  

• Experience working in high-growth companies or startup environments.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Notion, Trello, etc.
• Experience or interest in tech / healthcare / operations contexts.
