A leading organization is seeking a Business Analyst with Arabic language proficiency to support AI-driven initiatives. The role focuses on analyzing applications, structuring knowledge for AI consumption, and ensuring accurate requirements documentation to enable advanced testing and validation processes.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze applications to identify workflows and scenarios for AI-driven test generation and structured learning input.
• Elicit and document requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage and alignment with stakeholder needs.
• Translate business knowledge into structured templates and validation frameworks for efficient AI integration.
• Develop prioritization criteria and complexity assessments to guide AI generation efforts.
• Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and AI specialists to foster collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with Arabic speaking stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Native or fluent proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements elicitation and process modeling.
• Strong skills in use case documentation and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in cross-functional environments.
• Solid understanding of software applications and structured knowledge techniques for AI.
