Job Description

Manage user access to systems and perform system configurations
Respond to system issues, perform troubleshooting, and work with the other teams to identify solutions issues
Conduct pre and post production testing to ensure that the application and systems are working properly
Monitor system availability and performance
Collaborate closely with the Product Managers, Software Developers and QA Engineers to improve the system stability

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, preferably majoring in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology
Have basic knowledge in IT (web, mobile, software, network), preferably 3-6 years of experience in the FinTech industry handling IT Production Support
Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment
Amenable to work in a graveyard shift
Amenable to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
