SOLUTIONS DELIVERY LEAD

The Solutions Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions that support the wealth management business. Working closely with the Head of Wealth Technology, the role leads business case development, solution evaluation, vendor engagement, and the full implementation lifecycle—including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement—ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory standards, and agile delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle of solution delivery, from shaping business cases and selecting appropriate solutions to managing contracts and execution
• Oversees implementation activities including requirements definition, solution design, system development, functional and user testing, deployment, and post-deployment support
• Ensures solutions meet functional needs, technical standards, and regulatory obligations, and are delivered on time and within budget
• Champions the use of Agile methodology to manage delivery across iterative planning, sprint execution, and continuous feedback loops
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure transparency, flexibility, and frequent delivery of value
• Fosters a culture of adaptability, collaboration, and accountability within delivery teams
• Partners with business stakeholders to define priorities, validate requirements, and track benefits realization
• Manages vendor engagement and contract execution to ensure quality of service and alignment with solution objectives
• Drives continuous improvement by integrating stakeholder feedback, identifying process enhancements, and refining delivery practices
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in IT solution delivery, preferably in wealth management or financial services
• Demonstrated experience managing all phases of implementation including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business or a related field; agile, scrum, or PMP certification preferred
