Outbound Call Representative

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Outbound Call Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for making outbound cold calls to prospective customers, introducing our products or services, identifying potential opportunities, and generating qualified leads.

The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with new people, can handle rejection professionally, and has strong communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce and explain the company's products or services clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs, interests, and potential opportunities.
• Qualify prospects and generate leads for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects as needed.
• Handle objections and customer questions professionally.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.

• Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.

• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
