We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Designer to lead visual design across social media and digital platforms. The role will involve shaping visual identities, developing engaging creative campaigns, mentoring designers, and ensuring consistently high-quality creative output aligned with brand objectives and evolving social media trends.

The ideal candidate will combine strong creative thinking and visual storytelling with leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support the design team while managing day-to-day creative output.
• Conceptualise and execute compelling visual content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Develop creative strategies, visual storytelling concepts, and campaign directions for brands across diverse industries.
• Create engaging social media creatives, digital campaigns, brand assets, and marketing content.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual language, design quality, and messaging across client accounts.
• Review creative work, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high standards of design excellence.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Content Writers, Strategists, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Stay updated on social media trends, design innovations, emerging formats, and platform best practices.
• Manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.
• Present creative concepts, design directions, and creative rationale to internal teams and clients when required.
• Contribute to campaign ideation, creative pitches, presentations, and new business proposals.
• Develop innovative design solutions that improve audience engagement and brand visibility.
• Support creative quality control and ensure deliverables meet brand and platform requirements.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• 4–7 years of experience in social media design, digital marketing, creative agencies, branding, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media campaigns, branding, digital content, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and Canva.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, or managing a design team.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform-specific creative formats, and audience engagement.
• Experience managing multiple brands and client-facing creative projects will be an advantage.
• Prior experience in PR, social media, branding, integrated marketing, or creative agencies is preferred.
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives and content optimisation is desirable.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and conceptualisation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to design quality and brand consistency.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.
