What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between financial systems including ERP, accounting, payroll, budgeting, and expense platforms.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical and system solutions.
  • Configure, test, and maintain data mappings, transformations, workflows, and file exchanges to ensure seamless system communication.
  • Manage and monitor data flows across financial systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system and data integration issues and discrepancies.
  • Design and implement system enhancements and process improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and functionality.
  • Generate and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytics, providing insights to support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including regression and user acceptance testing to validate functionality.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for interfaces, configurations, processes, and system changes; train end users as needed.
  • Ensure financial systems and data integration comply with security standards and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), implementing appropriate controls and safeguards.


Key Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Programmer Analyst or similar role with a focus on interfaces and system integration.
  • Knowledge of data interchange standards and protocols (e.g., HL7, REST, SOAP).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of data security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of one or more cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or others and exposure to global business structures is a nice to have.

    • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00am–3:00pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
