Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
The position of Integrity Analyst is assigned to the Office of the Head Division (AIOD) within the Office of Anticorruption and Integrity (OAI). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
You will report to the designated International staff and Officer.
Your Role
As an Integrity Analyst, you will provide technical analyst support in the delivery of OAIs mandate, including integrity-risk reporting and integrity data and trends analysis. Your responsibilities will also involve event management, consultant selection, budget-related tasks, and statistics monitoring. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to assigned supervisors.
You Will
Investigations
- Ensure accuracy of investigative statistics data and conduct data analysis for conducting investigations and forensic reviews.
- Monitor and report status of complaints and allegations of fraud, corruption and other integrity violations.
Integrity Risk Reporting and Data Analysis
- Gather and update statistics and data on sanctions, appeals, reprimands, and cautions; and produce reports upon request.
- Ensure accuracy of investigative statistics data and conduct data analysis for conducting investigations and forensic reviews.
- Monitor status of debarments, suspensions, and remediations under ADBs Investigation and Enforcement Framework, including cross-debarment notices.
- Collect inputs across OAI division and prepare integrity risk-related reports.
- Revise and format reports to senior management
- Analyze data and trends of integrity-related risk monitoring.
Budget-related tasks
- Help monitor the use of budget allocated to OAI, collect budget-related inputs across OAI divisions and provide regular updates to OAI management.
- Perform budget-related tasks, including coordinating with the Budget, People, and Management Systems Department and preparing, monitoring, and submitting OAIs budget requests.
Other tasks
- Contribute to OAIs recruiting and consultant selection activities.
- Support OAI field missions by assisting with planning, field work reporting and other activities.
- Perform other tasks assigned and reflected in your work plan.
You will need:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, mathematics, criminology, investigative science, or social sciences.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a financial institution, consulting firm, or international organization supporting integrity risk, investigative or audit work, demonstrating a progression to greater job responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience with research and report writing
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial management
- Experience drafting reports, with the ability to take a body of data and organize the component ideas into a logical, comprehensible format for written and oral presentation
- Written and verbal proficiency in English

Additional Information
This appointment is open to internal and external applicants.
This is a fixed-term appointment for an initial fixed period of 3 years. At the end of the initial period, this appointment may, at the option of ADB, be extended once for up to 2 years, converted to a regular appointment, or ended on its expiration date. This decision will be made in the overall interest of ADB that: (a) it will require Staff’s particular blend of skills and experience in the foreseeable future; and (b) Staff’s performance is satisfactory and they are suitable for further employment.
